RECEIPT OF ORDERS

Order the production of mugs only via email: smrcina.michal@gmail.com, contact form or phone number: 725 539 673
Please include the following in your order:

  • the number of pieces you are interested in

  • product type

  • attach materials for printing

  • send the billing and shipping address

  • choose a payment method

  • enter a telephone contact

  • you can also specify: the desired date of dispatch, etc...

TIME OF MAKING

  1. Smaller orders of up to 200 pieces are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.  These orders can also be made by express production within 24 hours, but this option is dependent on the production workload.

  2. Orders from 200 to 1000 pieces can be shipped in approx 3 - 5 days.

  3. Orders in the range 1000 - 2000 pieces - about 6 days.

  4. Large orders on a larger scale, over 2000 pieces, it is better to order at least a week in advance  (if you are in a hurry to order, it is possible to split it and send the second part at a discounted price later).

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment on delivery:

  • Target groups: smaller orders up to 50 ks, new clients

  • Advantages: speed (the shipment is sent immediately after it is made)

  • Disadvantages: higher price (cash on delivery fee is CZK 20 without VAT)


Invoice payment:

  • Target groups: regular clients, orders over 50 pcs 

  • In the case of orders over 100 pcs, we reserve the right to request an advance payment of 50% of the total amount, which will be payable by advance invoice.

  • The invoiced amount is due on the date indicated above, if the customer does not make the payment by the due date, he will be charged a late payment penalty of 1 percent of the total price of the order.

  • Advantages: lower price (you do not pay cash on delivery)

TRANSPORT

Domestic and international transport is preferably provided through GLS.
The shipping price for the Czech Republic is CZK 99 without VAT. Delivery price with cash on delivery: CZK 119 without VAT.
Shipping prices to Slovakia are: CZK 250 bez DPH​ or CZK 300 without VAT when paying on delivery.

- For purchases over 100 pcs, shipping is FREE
- The cost of postage depends only on the type of order payment, not on its size.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the implementation of communication with website users or fulfilment of the contract created by ordering the offered services, for the following purposes:

  • Implementation of the service.

  • Informing about the status of the order.

  • Delivery of ordered goods.

We need your email address to inform you about discounts and special events, competitions and other interesting news. You must give your informed consent to these extended marketing communications. Consent takes place by completing the registration form for these e-mails, or by confirming the e-mail sent to you based on the service / product order.

General conditions

  1. The customer voluntarily provides his personal data and agrees to provide them to third parties under the conditions set out below.

  2. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

  3. In the event that the website user believes that the administrator or processor is processing his personal data in violation of the protection of private and personal life, or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, can: - ask the seller or the processor to his electronic address or in writing for an explanation, - demand the administrator or the processor, by a request to his electronic address or in writing, to eliminate the situation that has arisen in this way

  4. If the website user requests information regarding the processing of his personal data, the seller is obliged to forward this information to his electronic address or in writing by post. The Administrator has the right to request a reasonable payment for the provision of information according to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of information, in the case of a repeated request.

  5. The seller is a duly registered administrator of personal data. Personal data of customers is secured against misuse. Handling of customers' personal data is governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended.

  6. You can report any errors, questions, leakage or misuse of personal data to the relevant Office for Personal Data Protection. (ÚOOÚ)
